Your crown is sent to a PUDO locker near you (there are over 1 000 nationwide). You get an SMS and collect it any time with a code. Great value and very safe.

All parcels are sent with The Courier Guy. Crowns are light and we pack them boxed and protected, so most orders fall in the lowest weight band. The rates below are a guide; your exact cost depends on the size, weight and destination, and we always confirm it with you on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

How do I order a crown?

Tap any crown you like and send your order on WhatsApp. We confirm the price, delivery and payment with you, then get your crown ready to go.

Do you deliver across South Africa?

Yes. We deliver nationwide with The Courier Guy. You can also collect from our shop at Barclay Square, Sunnyside, Pretoria.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery usually runs from about R60 to R150 depending on your area and the option you choose. We confirm the exact fee on WhatsApp when you order, and most orders arrive within a few working days.

How do I pay?

We arrange payment with you on WhatsApp once you place your order.

Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?

Yes. Collection from our Sunnyside shop is free. Just let us know on WhatsApp and we will have your crown ready.

What is your return and refund policy?

Refunds are only for crowns that arrive damaged or where the wrong crown was sent. We do not refund for a change of mind. Report any problem within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Do you make custom crowns?

We sell the crowns you see in our collection. We do not take custom or made to order designs.

How do I look after my crown?

Keep it in a dry place, handle it by the frame rather than the stones, and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep water and perfume off the crystals.
